2025 AGM

Transition Tattenhall 3rd Annual General Meeting

This was held in the Park School on Wednesday 26 March 2025. It was well attended by 29 people, of whom 27 were members (total membership at the time 81).

 A report on the years activities was presented by Nick Benefield.

 After resignations and election at the meeting the directors of Transition Tattenhall are now;

• Nick Benefield Chair

• Peter Radley Secretary/Treasurer

• Martin Cooke, and

• Annette McDonald.

A resolution was passed to change the rules of the society such that the AGM can vote to disapply the requirement for professional audit the following year. The rule change is subject to the approval of FCA (since granted).

The meeting voted to disapply the requirement for professional audit for the 2025 years account.

The 2024 years accounts were presented and accepted by the meeting.
