Hot off the Press! No Mow May Competition
PLANTLIFE UK have invited our village to take part in the first Northern No Mow May competition.
We will be sending out more specific information about what this involves - but basically they will be looking at the biodiversity - range of species of grasses and plants in your patches of unmown lawn - prizes will be given!
We will have a meeting at the end of March with them to discuss this and they will offer training and help.
